Birthday Variety Stack Cake
1. Ice the cake. 2. Trim the white ends from the Designer Prints™ sheets using a ribbon insertion tool with the pointed blade (Item #43381) or an X-ACTO type razor knife. 3. Apply Birthday Variety Designer Prints™ decorations (Item #43786) to sides of cake as shown. Hold one end down and press the rest of the strip to the cake all the way around. Coverage for a 10” round is 3 strips plus about 3”, and for the 8” cake it is 2 strips plus about 5” and for the 6” cake it is about 2 strips. 4. To match up ends easily, do not try to trim to exact length but apply around cake and when you have complete coverage, use your razor knife to cut in an upward motion for a clean trimmed edge on the cake. 5. Using a #10 plain round tube (Item #12760) pipe a plain shell border as shown. 6. Sprinkle generously with Small Primary Confetti Quins (Item #41117). 7. Finish with Mini Birthday Assortment Dec-Ons® Decorations (Item #30294). 8. Don’t forget the candles.
